    6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon oregano

    Combine all ingredients. Mix until well blended.

    Rub evenly over the surface of your favorite steaks for grilling.

    Makes enough to season 2 pounds of beef.
