Mexican Vegie Salsa

List of Ingredients
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed well)
1 can corn (drained and rinsed well)
1 chopped onion
1 large ripe tomato - chopped
4-5 jalapenos - seeded and minced
juice of 1 fresh lime
salt to taste
3 tbs. freshly chopped cilantro (or 1 tsp. dried)
Recipe
Mix and refrigerate overnight, (or at least 6 hours)
Serve with Fritos or tortilla chips.
