    1 lb. hamburg
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 can water
    1 pt. chili sauce
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste
    chili powder to taste

    Pan-fry hamburg and drain grease. Using large saucepan
    add the hamburg and the rest of the ingredients; simmer until thick. Makes approximately 3 to 4 quarts.
