Mixed Herb Pesto

List of Ingredients
1 cups fresh, packed parsley
1/2 cup fresh packed basil
1 T fresh rosemary leaves
1 T fresh tarragon leaves
1/3 cup olive oil, preferably extra virgin
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and cooled
1 cloves garlic, mashed with 1/2 t salt
1 T balsamic vinegar
In a food processor combine above ingredients with salt and pepper to taste until smooth.
Pesto keeps covered and refrigerated 1 week. Pour thin layer of oil over top of pesto to keep fresh looking.
