    4 ounces dry mustard mustard
    2/3 cup white or cider vinegar
    1 cup sugar
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs

    Recipe



    Cover dry mustard with vinegar and let stand 8 hours or overnight. Place in a double boiler. Add sugar, salt, and eggs. Just beat well, cook until thick.
