Mustard Sauce for Ham

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup dry mustard
1/2 cup butter
3 egg yolksRecipe
Put all ingredients in double boiler and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is consistency of custard. Chill and serve with ham. Can be reheated in double boiler, stirring to prevent curdling. Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
