    Pear-Chutney Salsa

    1/2 cup chunky salsa
    3 tablespoons chutney, cut up large pieces
    1 medium pear, peeled, cored, and chopped (1 cup)
    1/2 cup chopped, seeded, peeled cucumber
    2 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted

    Recipe



    In medium bowl stir together salsa, chutney, pear, and cucumber. Serve immediately or cover and chill until serving time. Before serving, stir in toasted almonds.

    Makes about 2 cups (32, 1-tablespoon servings).

    Make-Ahead Tip: Prepare salsa. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours ahead. Stir in nuts just before serving.
