    (serves also as a dip)

    1/2 cup sour cream
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh dill OR 2 tsp. dried dill
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. minced scallions
    1 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Blend all ingredients in a bowl, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill. Makes 1 cup.
