Spinach Pesto

1 cup of cooked spinach
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of dried basil
3 tablespoons of low-fat (or nonfat) yogurt
A dash of pepper
Squeeze cooked spinach until dry. Puree in blender or food processor with garlic, cheese, lemon juice, basil, and yogurt. Season with pepper and toss with cooked pasta. Makes about 3/4 cup
