    1 package (10 ounces) of frozen sliced strawberries, slightly defrosted
    3 tablespoons of frozen undiluted orange juice concentrate or 2 tablespoons of orange marmalade
    1 tablespoon of currant jelly
    1 cup of sliced fresh strawberries

    In a food processor with metal blade, process strawberries and orange juice concentrate or marmalade until pureed. Add currant jelly and process until blended. Remove to a bowl. Sauce may be refrigerated for up to 2 days. Before serving, stir in strawberries. Makes 1 1/2 cups of sauce
