List of Ingredients




9 c Chex cereal (any type)
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 ½ c powdered sugar
½ c peanut butter
¼ c (1/2 stick) margarine or butter
1 t vanilla


Recipe



Pour cereal into a large bowl and set aside. In a one-quart microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter and margarine. Microwave on high for 1 to 1 ½ minutes or until smooth, stirring after 1 minute. Stir in vanilla. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Pour cereal mixture into a large resealable plastic bag with the powdered sugar. Seal and shake until all pieces are well coated. Spread onto waxed paper to cool.
