    Pineapple-Coconut Ice Pops

    2 C canned crushed pineapple
    1 C canned sweetened coconut milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 C crushed ice
    Plastic pops tray and sticks

    Recipe



    In a blender, blend fruit, coconut milk, sugar and salt at high speed, until slushy. Pour into pops molds and freeze about 30 minutes. Insert sticks and return to freezer. Freeze at least 6 hours.
