    2 c fat-free, reduced-sodium chicken broth
    1/2 c fat-free mild or spicy black bean dip
    1 can (6 oz) crabmeat, drained
    4 Tbsp reduced-fat sour cream

    Recipe



    1. Combine broth and dip in a 2-quart microwaveable baking dish.

    2. Cover, and microwave on high 6 minutes, stirring halfway through.

    3. Add crabmeat, and microwave on medium 2 minutes.

    Serve in soup bowls, topping each with 1 tablespoon sour cream.

    Makes 4 Servings
