    2 pounds arm roast
    6 cups water
    3 T beef better-than-bouillon
    1 onion, chopped
    1 carrot, cut in 1/2" dice
    2 celery stalks, cut in 1/2" dice
    4 small new (red) potatoes, cut in 1/2" dice
    1 shallot, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    6 pearl onions, peeled & sliced
    1/4 cup dried parsley
    1 1/2 C egg noodles


    Recipe



    Remove all visible fat from the meat, and cut into bite-size pieces (1/2 to 3/4" dice).
    Place beef, better-than-bouillon, water, and chopped onion in pressure cooker.
    Bring to high pressure and cook 10 minutes.
    Release the pressure, open and add carrot, celery, and potato.
    Bring back to high pressure and cook 5 minutes.
    Release pressure, open and add shallot, garlic, pearl onions, parsley, and noodles.
    Bring to a boil in uncovered pan, cook until noodles are done.
