    Cheesy Tortellini Soup

    5-6 cups chicken broth
    Pinch extra marjarom, basil, or oregano (optional)
    1 to 1 1/2 C. mini carrots, sliced the long way
    1 package (8 to 12 oz. size) fresh tortellini (any kind)
    1/2 cup cold water
    2-3 T flour
    8-12 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed

    Recipe



    Bring soup base mix and spices to simmer.
    Add carrots and tortellini.
    Simmer for 15 minutes, until both are tender.
    Make a paste of the 1/2 c. cold water & flour.
    Add to the pot to thicken.
    Add the cheese cubes.
    Turn down the heat.
    Stir until all melted.
