6 Roasted New Mexican Chiles- roasted, peeled, chopped
3 c Chicken Broth
1 Potato, peeled and diced
1 md Onion, chopped
2 c Whole Kernel Corn
1 c Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 c Heavy Cream
Recipe
Combine, chiles, broth, potato, onion, and corn in a large pot and cook over low
heat until potatoes are done. Add the cream and cheese and heat through,
stirring, until the cheese is melted.
