2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
2 cans ready to serve Minestrone soup
2 cans Ranch Style Beans - original
2 cans Rotel tomatoes with green chilis--original
Recipe
Brown the beef, put into the Crock Pot, add the other ingredients and heat until serving temperature, or about 20 minutes on high.
NOTE: We bring corn bread or Fritos chips as a side. This works well in a Crock Pot or on the stove and can be doubled. Variations include adding mushrooms and changing the Rotel to hotter varieties.
