5 medium potatoes, diced
3 medium onions, diced
5 cups water
1 (16-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pound Velveeta cheese

Recipe



In 5 cups of water, cook onions and potatoes until tender. Add frozen mixed vegetables; cook until hot. Add soup and Velveeta cheese. Stir until cheese melts.
