List of Ingredients
Heat 1 tsp. olive oil on medium heat.
Add 1 C. coarsely chopped onion
1 clove garlic crushed
Cook for 1 minute.
Add 1 can chicken broth, heat on high, covered.
Add 1 can blackeye peas drained
1 can blackeye peas undrained
1 can chili style chunky tomatoes
1 C. frozen corn kernals
Add 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon crstals
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
Cover pot and boil for 8 minutes.
Serve over rice in bowls. (about 1/2 cup rice per bowl).
