List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. beef cut into chunks
1/4 c. olive oil
Brown well in oil. Add the rest of these ingredients:
1 regular can of tomato soup, plus an equal amount of water
3 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
4 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
1 rib of celery, cut into chunks
4 onions, cut into chunks
salt to taste
1/2 t. pepper
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
1/2 c. red wine
2 bay leaves
Transfer to a casserole dish and cook in the oven at 275 degrees for 5 hours, stir occasionally if desired. Excellent reheated.
