Italian Chili with Dumplings

1 pound of ground beef
1 pound of bulk pork sausage
2 cups of chopped onion
1 cup of chopped green pepper
4 cloves garlic, crushed
One 10 ounce package of frozen Italian green beans
3 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2" pieces
Two 15 ounce cans of tomato sauce
One 16 ounce can of whole tomatoes
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
2 cups of Bisquick baking mix
1 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
2/3 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
Cook and stir meat, onion, pepper and garlic in Dutch oven until brown; drain. Rinse beans; drain. Stir beans, zucchini, tomato sauce, tomatoes (with liquid), 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, salt and pepper into meat. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally 30 minutes. Mix baking mix, 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning and the milk until soft dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls onto hot stew; sprinkle with cheese and, if desired, with paprika. Cook, uncovered over low heat 10 minutes; cover and cook 10 minutes longer. Serves 6 to 8
