1 cup of celery
2 tablespoons of garlic
1 cup of onion
1 jar of tomato sauce
1/2 pound of crab meat
1 cup of chopped sausage
1 quart of shrimp, peeled
1/2 cup of chicken, chopped
1 bell pepper
Salt to taste
