List of Ingredients
1 12oz can whole tomatoes, cut up and undrained
1 can light kidney beans
1 can dark kidney beans (both undrained)
1 lb ground chuck, cooked and well drained
2 cans ole el paso green chilis (not jalepenos, cut up into 1 inch pieces)
1 whole white onion, coarsley diced
1 packet chili-o chili seasoning (ESSENTIAL that it is chili-o, no other band will suffice)
1 dash everglades seasoning (also essential)
1 tsp chili powder
Garnish:
sour cream
cheese
krystal hot sauce
Recipe
Mix everything together in a crock pot, stir, let cook on high for 1 hr, stirring often. Then cut down to low and simmer as long as you like....
It doesn't come out TOO hot....but the Krystal will put it over the edge for you!
This is the BEST chili ever....
so freaking good...great in cold weather and it will simmer and keep FOREVER...can also be frozen and kept for up to 3 months
