Picante Pork Chili

1 medium onion -- chopped (1/2 cup)
1 medium green bell pepper -- chopped (1 cup)
1 clove garlic -- finely chopped
1/2 pound ground pork
1 cup salsa
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 (15-ounce) can pinto beans -- rinsed and drained (15 to 16 ounces)
1 (16-ounce) can whole tomatoes -- undrained
Recipe
Cook onion, bell pepper, garlic and pork in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently, until pork is no longer pink; drain if necessary.
Stir in remaining ingredients, breaking up tomatoes. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
