    List of Ingredients




    4 potatoes, grated
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/4 green pepper, chopped
    1 pound sole fillets
    8 ounces frozen corn kernels
    8 ounces frozen shrimp
    6 ounces canned oysters
    6 ounces canned clams
    1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
    2 cups cream
    flour to thicken
    3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (for garnish)

    In a large heavy pot, put potatoes, onion, and green pepper. Add water just to cover vegetables. Bring to a boil, cook 8 minutes.

    Add sole fillets and cook for 3 minutes.

    Add butter and corn, bring to a boil.

    Add shrimp, oysters, and clams; bring to a boil.

    Add cream and more butter if desired. You may thicken with flour and water mixed together.

    Garnish with bacon, if desired.

    Servings: 6
