2 pkg's 3oz. size, Apricot jell-o
2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. 8oz size, cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
1 can, 20oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 carton, 4oz., frozen whipped topping, thawed
Recipe
Dissolve jell-o in boiling water & set aside. In a mixing bowl,beat cream
cheese until smooth. Stir in jell-o. Add pineapple & mix well. Fold in
whipped topping & pour into about a 2 1/2 qt. bowl. Chill as you would
jell-o. Serves about 10 . Enjoy :o)
