1 can Lesueur peas
1 can French style green beans
1 can Shoe peg corn
1 cup red onion (chopped)
1 cup green pepper (chopped)
1 cup celery (chopped)
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
Recipe
Drain all cans of vegetables. Boil sugar vinegar and olive oil, pour over veggies. Keeps for 2 weeks.
