    Curried Chicken and Artichoke Salad
    1 8oz box chicken flavored rice
    2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
    2 green onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 med. green bell pepper chopped
    15 green olives with pimentoes, sliced
    2 6oz jars marinated artichokes (reserve 1/2 marinade)
    1 1/2 cups mayo
    1/2 tea curry powder

    Recipe



    1. Prepare rice omitting butter and cool.

    2. Mix mayo with reserved marinade.

    3. Combine all remaining ingred. Toss until well mixed.
    Chill thoroughly

    Serves 6-10
