    Danish Blue Cheese Dressing

    4 cups

    1 c Crumbled Blue Cheese
    1 c Mayonnaise
    1 c Sour Cream
    2/3 c Buttermilk
    1 ts Lemon Juice
    1/2 ts Grated Onion
    1/2 ts Minced Garlic
    Fresh Ground Pepper

    Combine ingredients in order given, blending well after each addition.
    Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving. Stir before using.
