Ed Radzvilla Cornbread Dressing

List of Ingredients
8 cups cornbread crumbled
several pieces of day-old bread (or biscuits left from breakfast)
1 large onion
4 to 5 stalks of celery
6 eggs
2 tsp. cumin, or to taste. (I always like a little more.)
Broth from the turkey or canned chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375º.
Mix all ingredients together. Thin down with more chicken broth or milk, if necessary. The mixture should be a little soupy.
This is the secret bake in a cast iron skillet. We bake it in 2 well-greased 10-inch cast iron skillets or a large oval cast iron pan. Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until browned.
