Green Goddess Dressing

List of Ingredients
1 C. mayonnaise
1/2 C. sour cream
3 T. white wine tarragon vinegar
1 T. lemon juice
1/3 C. finely chopped parsley
3 T. finely chopped onion
1 small clove garlic, finely minced
1 T. chopped chives
2 tsp. chopped capers (optional)
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Recipe
Blend thoroughly. Cover tightly and chill in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours before use.
