Mexican Orange and Onion Salad

4 lg. seedless Naval Oranges (peeled and cut into sections)
1 sm. Bermuda Onion (diced
1 sm. Cucumber (sliced)
1 sm. Green Pepper (diced)
Recipe
Place all ingredients into a large bowl and toss.
Add dressing. Serve.
Dressing:
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Chili Powder
In a bowl add all of the ingredients, whisk well and pour over salad.
