• 1 large pkg. orange flavored gelatin (or 2 small)
• 1 (6 ¼ oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
• 2 cups boiling water
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1 sm. Can crushed pineapple
• ½ pint whipping cream, whipped



Recipe



Dissolve gelatin and marshmallows in the boiling water, stirring until both are dissolved; cool. Beat in cream cheese. Refrigerate until almost congealed.

Remove from refrigerator and beat until smooth. Add pineapple, whipped cream and pecans.

Congeal in long, shallow pan and cut into squares or in individual molds. Serve on lettuce.
