Peachy Blueberry Salad

4 large peaches, peeled and sliced
1 to 2 cups fresh blueberries
1/8 cup slivered almonds
1/8 cup orange juice
Mix peaches lightly with orange juice. Drain thoroughly. Wash and drain blueberries. Toss blueberries, peaches, and almonds lightly to mix. Serve with dollops of the following dressing:
Dressing:
1/2 cup sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 tblsp. sugar
Blend sour cream and cream cheese. Then, blend in almond extract and sugar.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
