Pigs in the Garden Salad with Cheesy BBQ

List of Ingredients
6 cups mixed salad greens
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups warm shredded or chopped, grilled or smoked pork
Garnish: 6 small tomatoes cut into wedges, etc.
Combine first 2 ingredients; toss and arrange on plate. Combine cheeses and sprinkle over greens. Top with warm pork; garnish and serve with Cheesy-Barbecue Salad Dressing.
Salad Dressing
1 cup KC Masterpiece Original Barbecue Sauce
1 (9 oz.) can cheddar cheese dip
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 Tbsp. sugar
Combine all ingredients using a wire whisk and chill.
