Santa Fe Beef & Hot Pepper Salad

Dressing:
1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Salad:
1/2 cup pitted ripe olives
1 (11-ounce) bag (5 1/4 cups) torn lettuce
1/2 pound thick sliced deli roast beef, cut into julienne strips
1/4 pound (1/2 inch thick) slice Deli American Cheese, cubed
2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 thin onion slices, separated into rings
1 to 2 tablespoons chopped jalapeño chile peppers
Recipe
Combine all dressing ingredients in small bowl until well mixed.
Combine all salad ingredients in large bowl; toss lightly. Serve with dressing.
