The Bob Bogey Dinner Salad

List of Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
3 ounces grated Romano cheese
1 can artichoke hearts, quartered
1 small can chopped black olives
2 stalks celery, sliced thin
2 tomatoes, sliced into small pieces
1 ripe avocado, mashed with a fork
1 can asparagus, tips only Recipe
In a large bowl, mix garlic, oil, salt, pepper, and the Romano cheese. Allow to sit for 20 minutes. Then mix in the rest of the ingredients except for the asparagus. Lay the asparagus tips over the top of the salad. Serve with wine and a special meal. Makes enough to serve two.
