    Turkey Waldorf Salad

    1/2 cup Real Mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cups diced cooked turkey or chicken
    1 large apple, cored and diced
    1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
    1/3 cup raisins or dried cranberries
    1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions (optional)
    Toasted chopped walnuts (optional)

    Recipe



    In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt. Add turkey, apple, celery, raisins and green onions; toss well.

    Chill, if desired. Sprinkle with walnuts before serving.

    VARIATION:
    For a Turkey Waldorf Pita, line pita bread halves with lettuce and stuff with salad.
