    2 1/2 cups water
    3/4 lb peeled, boiled shrimp with the tails intact
    1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 tbsp mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
    1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 (12 oz) jar cocktail sauce
    2 cups (8 oz) shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
    3 green onions, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1/2 cup sliced ripe olives

    Recipe



    Remove the tails from half of the shrimp and chop medium fine. Set aside with the rest of the shrimp.

    Beat cream cheese at medium speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add lemon juice, mayonnaise, seasoned salt, lemon-pepper seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce, and beat until smooth.

    Spread mixture into a 10-inch wide circle on a large serving platter. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.

    Spread cocktail sauce evenly over cream cheese mixture. Layer chopped shrimp, shredded cheese and remaining ingredients, except whole shrimp, over cocktail sauce. Top with whole shrimp. Cover and chill thoroughly. Serve with assorted crackers.
