    1 pound of bulk sausage
    1 cup of butter or margarine
    1 1/3 cup of chopped onion
    1 1/4 cup of chopped celery
    4 quarts of soft bread crumbs
    1 cup of chicken stock
    1 tablespoon of salt
    1/2 teaspoon of pepper
    1 tablespoons of poultry seasoning
    2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
    1 small jar mushrooms

    Cook sausage and combine with remaining ingredients. This makes a moist stuffing. For a dry stuffing use dry bread crumbs. Makes enough for a 10 pound bird with enough left over for 5 to 6 stuffing molds.
