2 tbls. Butter
1/2 sm. white Onion diced
3 stalks Celery diced
8 oz. fresh Mushrooms diced
16oz. ground Sirloin
16oz. ground Italian Sausage
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Parsley diced
1/2 tsp. Basil
to taste Salt and Pepper
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1 tbls. Olive Oil
1 tbls. Garlic minced
1 cup Parmsean Cheese
Recipe
Saute onion, celery, mushroom and garlic in butter, add sirloin and sausage and cover, cook until the meat is done. Drain off excess liquid and fat.
Add parsley, basil, salt and pepper, Italian seasoning and mix well, add olive oil. Add Italian bread crumbs and eggs and mix well. Cover with foil and bake in oven for 25 min. at 350º.
