MVP Sausage Stuffing

2 lbs sausage meat
1 cup onions, diced
1 1/2 cups celery, diced
1/4 cup olive oil
2 sprigs rosemary
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
10 basil leaves, chopped
2 cups chicken stock
3 1lb bags Pepperidge Farms seasoned stuffing
1/4 cup grated parmigiano reggiano cheese
Recipe
In a large skillet on medium heat, add olive oil and sausage meat. Cook until sausage is thoroughly cooked. Add onions, celery, basil, rosemary, garlic and chicken stock. Cook on high heat approximately 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, add seasoned stuffing and parmigiano reggiano. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking pan. Place in pre-heated oven at 400° for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
