Chocolate Grand Marnier Trifle

1-4oz pkg, fat-free, artificially sweetened instant chocolate pudding
2 cups evaporated skim milk
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 cups fresh raspberries
1 tbsp sugar
6-1/3" slices fat-free pound cake
1/4 cup all fruit preserve of choice
1 tbsp Grand mariner
1-1/2 cups low-cal whipped topping
cocoa powder
Recipe
Prepare the pudding according to directions, using the evaporated milk & vanilla. refrigerate to set.
Mix together the raspberries & sugar, set aside.
Spread some jam on each slice of pound cake. Sprinkle each slice with Grand mariner. In a small trifle bowl or a glass bowl, press the cake slices, jam side up, on the sides of the bowl. Top with some fruit. Add some of the pudding & remaining fruit. Top the entire pudding with the whipped topping. Sprinkle with cocoa powder & serve.
