7-8 potatoes

1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 pt. sour cream

1/2 c. melted margarine

1/2 c. chopped onions

Salt

Pepper

Garlic



Recipe



Cook whole potatoes until tender. Cool, peel and cube. Heat butter and soup, blend in sour cream, onions and cheese. Stir in potatoes. Place in buttered casserole. Sprinkle with corn flakes or crushed potato chips Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
