    15 carrots
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon horseradish
    1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
    1 teaspoon minced onions

    Recipe



    1. Peel and slice carrots length-wise, cook in salted water until barely tender.
    2. Turn into buttered casserole.
    3. Spoon mixture of mayonnaise onions and horseradish over carrots.
    4. Sprinkle with cheese.
    5. Bake about 30 minutes.
    6. in 350F degrees oven.
