Frank Sinatra Jr. Sautéed Zucchini

1 clove garlic chopped
2 tablespoons of olive oil
8 small zucchinis, unpeeled, cut into julienne sticks
1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon of dried basil, salt, pepper
4 tablespoons of grated parmesan or Romano cheese
Sauté garlic in olive oil until brown, remove and discard. Add zucchini and sauté. Add parsley and basil and stir zucchini until the herbs have been distributed throughout. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve, topping with about a tablespoon of cheese per serving. Makes about 4 servings.
