Glazed Vidalia Onions

4 large Vidalia onions
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
Peel onions. Cut in half horizontally and place cut side up in a single layer in skillet.
Add water to almost cover -- salt well. Combine vinegar, honey, oil, dry mustard and paprika. Pour mixture over onions and simmer for 30 minutes. Baste to glaze.
Remove onions and bring sauce to boil. Reduce until syrupy and spoon over onions.
