    2 cups orzo pasta
    1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
    6 ounces crumbled feta cheese
    6 bell peppers, prepared for stuffing
    1 dozen black olives, halved and pitted

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil baking dish. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Combine pasta, spinach and cheese in a bowl. Spoon into bell peppers.

    Arrange in prepared dish. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until done. Garnish with olives. Serves 6
