6 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
salt and pepper -- to taste
1 1/2 cups mashed potatoes
little milk
butter
bacon
Recipe
Preheat the oven.
Cut the butter into the flour with a pinch of salt
and pepper. Mix with mashed potatoes and enough milk
to make a soft dough.
Roll out onto a floured board and cut into circles or triangle.
Place on a slightly oiled tray and bake for 35 minutes.
Serve hot split with butter and bacon.
