2 pounds of fresh broccoli
1 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of distilled vinegar
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of dill seed
1 teaspoon of garlic salt

Recipe
Trim off the large leaves of broccoli and remove the tough
ends of the lower stalks. Wash the broccoli thoroughly. Cut
off the flowerets (reserve the stems for another use), and place
